Dr. Alan Cadmus, Chief Executive Officer
POLIS Immobilien AG

Dr. Alan Cadmus is the founder and CEO of POLIS Immobilien AG. Prior to jointly founding the company in 1998 with Delbrück & Co, Privatbankiers, he served as General Manager and Shareholder of BEAC Immobilien GmbH, a subsidiary of Delbrück focussed on real estate development. Between 1988 and 1992, Alan Cadmus worked at renowned law firms in Hamburg and New York. His areas of responsibility on the board of POLIS are strategy, portfolio management, acquisition, marketing and investor relations.

Alan Cadmus is a lecturer on the IREBS Real Estate Academy and member of the Working Group "Immobilien" (Real Estate) on the German Association of Financial Analysis and Asset Managment (DVFA). In addition, Alan Cadmus is member of the Working Group "New Financial Instruments" of the Federal Association of Free Real Estate and Residence Companies (BFW). In addition, Alan Cadmus is the author of several publications on the subject of real estate companies and REITs.

Alan Cadmus studied law in Hamburg, Munich and Goettingen and was awarded a doctorate of law from the University of Goettingen. He passed the bar examination in New York.

Peter E. Muth, Chief Financial Officer
POLIS Immobilien AG

Peter E. Muth was appointed CFO of POLIS Immobilien AG from October 2011 and is responsible for management accounting, finance, risk management and organization/IT.

Mr. Muth began his professional career in 1990 working for a medium-sized company, where he was responsible for the acquisition and turnaround of a building materials producer located in Eastern Germany.

Subsequently, Mr. Muth worked for the German HOCHTIEF Group for over 10 years, initially gaining operational experience in construction management. He was later appointed head of controlling for HOCHTIEF's Development and Airport Management units and in this capacity managed several M&A projects and implemented an investment management system for the entire group. From 2003, Mr. Muth held the position of managing director of an international subsidiary of HOCHTIEF Group, where he managed its successful strategic turnaround and acquired major new clients.

After joining a US private equity investor as managing director (finance), he was appointed vice president (corporate finance) of a listed Swiss technology group.

Prior to joining POLIS, Mr. Muth managed the restructuring of non-core assets and activities of an Austrian industry group's Central Eastern European subsidiaries.

Mr. Muth studied business administration at the University of Bayreuth (Germany) and graduated as 'Diplom-Kaufmann' with majors in finance, organization and business information technology. Mr. Muth is married and has two daughters.
