Dr. Alan Cadmus is the founder and CEO of POLIS Immobilien AG. Prior to jointly founding the company in 1998 with Delbrück & Co, Privatbankiers, he served as General Manager and Shareholder of BEAC Immobilien GmbH, a subsidiary of Delbrück focussed on real estate development. Between 1988 and 1992, Alan Cadmus worked at renowned law firms in Hamburg and New York.
Alan Cadmus is a lecturer on the IREBS Real Estate Academy and member of the Working Group "Immobilien" (Real Estate) on the German Association of Financial Analysis and Asset Managment (DVFA). In addition, Alan Cadmus is chairman of the Working Group "New Financial Instruments" of the Federal Association of Free Real Estate and Residence Companies (BFW). In addition, Alan Cadmus is the author of several publications on the subject of real estate companies and REITs.
Alan Cadmus studied law in Hamburg, Munich and Goettingen and was awarded a doctorate of law from the University of Goettingen. He passed the bar examination in New York.

After many years' experience in the German banking sector in the area of commercial real estate, Michael Piontek moved to the German federal state of Berlin in 2003, where he worked as head of department and as sole managing director of several real estate, controlling and fund management companies with several billion euros of assets under management.
Michael Piontek is a trained banker and was awarded the degree of Master of Business Administration in financial management from the University of Wales (UK).
