Dr. Alan Cadmus becomes the founding member of the Board of Management

Expansion of the portfolio and execution of several capital increases

Dr. Matthias von Bodecker is appointed member of the Board of Management


2003

Bouwfonds Asset Management (at the time a subsidiary of ABN AMRO Bank) takes over the share held by Delbrück & Co. as well as the asset management responsibilities


2006

POLIS AG adopts a growth strategy and carries out two capital increases


Expansion of the portfolio to 14 properties with an overall value of approximately € 120 million


2007

Name changed to POLIS Immobilien AG


Initial Public Offering on 21 March


Establishment of in-house asset management capabilities


Expansion of the portfolio to 30 properties with an overall value of approximately € 246 million


2008

POLIS realises gains by selling the properties at Torstraße 15 in Stuttgart and (after comprehensive refurbishment) Steinstraße 20 in Dusseldorf


Mann Immobilien-Verwaltung AG submits a mandatory takeover offer and increases its stake in POLIS to 53% of all outstanding shares


2009

POLIS concurrently modernises four office buildings in Cologne, Dusseldorf and Stuttgart


Two refurbishment projects are awarded a preliminary silver certificate by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB)


As a result of modernisation-related vacancies, the occupancy rate drops to 69%


2010

POLIS invests € 18 million in the modernisation of office space and achieves record results from its letting activities, with a total let area of 21,200 m²


2011

To optimise the portfolio, four investment properties are sold, and three locations are closed down


Acquisition of four office properties in Dresden


Commencement of third party asset management operations by the participation of a foundation in three investment properties


POLIS again achieves very good results from its letting activities, with a total let area of 19,900 m²
