The office building is located near Mainz's city center. It was built in 1976. The lettable space is spread across five full stories and a terraced top floor which can be reached from a central stairway and elevator. The design of the building allows for a floor by floor tenancy and a flexible use of space on each storey. Parking space is available directly on the grounds in the allotted spots.

The area is accentuated by leading public and private institutions such as the Governor's Mansion, the State Parliament of Rheinland Palatinate, the Rheingold Hall and the Mainz Convention Center.
