The office building is situated in a prominent location in the Mainz city center. It was built in 1968 in two sections. The design of the building enables each floor to be divided into two separate rental units. The lower four storeys consist entirely of office space while the top floor, which is terraced with balconies, currently provides residential accomodation. Parking space is available in front of the building and in the building's own basement parking garage.

The Location

The area is the site of prestigious institutions and businesses. The building is adjacent to the Governor's Mansion and the State Parliament of Rheinland Palatinate and overlooks the Rhine. The pedestrian zone, the old town and the main train station are all within a few minutes walking distance. The access to public transportation is excellent. In addition, the good traffic connections via the Peter-Altmeier-Allee and the Rheinstrasse ensure that the building can be easily reached by car.
