prime central locations in the leading German cities. We have the expertise to acquire and manage
properties with

Profits. The objective of our work is to achieve long-term profitable growth by active property
management in order to

Transparency. For POLIS, managing a company for the purpose of maximizing long-term value
and providing a high degree of transparency are two inseparable aspects.
