Notifications of voting rights under WpHG
Under Section 21 Para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act [Wertpapierhandelsgesetz; WpHG], any person whose shareholding in an issuing company originating in the Federal Republic of Germany reaches, exceeds or falls below 3 percent, 5 percent, 10 percent, 15 percent, 20 percent, 25 percent, 30 percent, 50 percent or 75 percent of the voting rights is obliged to notify the issuing company within four trading days.
According to Section 26 WpHG, POLIS Immobilien AG must publish such notifications within three days of receiving them.
